How does it work?

Customers are more likely to give feedback if properly motivated. Very often, it is enough for the customer to receive an invitation to leave a review after the purchase. In Rating Captain, you can send such invitations via e-mail and SMS, and display them in the form of a pop-up on the shopping thank you page.

Rating Captain is not only about obtaining reviews. The application will analyze the left comments in terms of sentiment, thanks to which you will better understand the needs of your customers. In addition, you will get access to an advanced statistics panel, in which you can check, for example, your situation against the competition.
