Hotel SixtySix strongest features are its location and design. Located around Nowy Świat-Uniwersytet Metro Station it is the perfect location for those who like being close to shopping and attractions in Warsaw. The hotel is pure design magic with a glass elevator in the center of the building, servicing three floors and the finishing in every room of the highest quality. The amenities are what you would expect from a four-star boutique hotel including slippers, bathrobes, toiletries, hairdryer, complimentary bottles of water. We booked the Comfort Queen Room for one night, paying a rate of GBP £174, the equivalent of 820 zl or USD $231 which included breakfast and local taxes. We were allocated room 305 on the third floor at the end of the hallway. The room was very small at only 14 square meters featuring an attic roof that restricted headroom on a third of the room. There is a simple rule of tumb to guage the appropriate height of a ceiling. If you stand on the bed and your head hits the ceiling, the ceiling is too low. More than once we hit our head on the attic ceiling on the right side of the bed. Furthermore, the room only featured two small hatch windows, making the room feel smaller. While I am sure the Hotel SixtySix features other larger rooms, avoid room 305 given attics do not make for comfortable hotel rooms - no matter how stylish the bathroom taps are. On the point of more style than substance, I was surprised the room did not feature USB plugs on the electric sockets, given it is a standard functional feature on all modern hotels useful for travelers wanting to charge their devices.
