First of all, the database of Prowly mostly consists of general e-mail addresses, not many personal e-mails. While the system is not the worst, the customer service is. We went one day over after the first subscription month (the first month ended on Sunday, not a business day) and tried to cancel the subscription. However, Prowly still took payment for the 2nd month, so we got billed for 2 months while we used the system for a few weeks. We tried to talk to several customer service representatives, but everyone declined to help and said that nothing could be done. Obviously, this is not true. This is simply disrespectful to the customer and communicates the desperation to take the money even knowing that their service is not being used.

Having used other PR platforms, this one is very buggy and support is terrible. Their 7-day trial doesn't give you a good feel for the product, so I had to purchase a month to evaluate..and then the system failed to send a PR pitch i had queued up for two days, and after putting in 2 support tickets and emailing our sales rep, we got no reply. Stay away! Other platforms might be a bit more pricey but are reliable and have great service.
