I'm baffled. I've gone to this print shop four times this year. Today they told me they won't do my print job because I wasn't asking for enough copies. The first two times I wrote them for a quote, and they just printed the jobs without giving me a quote or telling me the pricing. The third time they printed the project wrong. I have no clue why they're so messed up here. I wish they were a consistently good service print shop, because we need one in the West End. But alas, I've never gotten even satisfactory service. Buyer beware.

Well,It was a Friday and I made the mistake of trying this Minutman Pree after having problems with the HoHoKus store. The people who run this store are Fathee and Son so it seemed like a good fit. I told the Father about my problems with theHoHoKus stor and he criticized how they handled my order. He seemed sincere and I trusted him. BAD MOVE ON MY PART . He asked his son about he card ad all seemed ok. He told me I would have a quote on he following Monday. Well Monday, then Tuesday, then Wednesday and I went there and the son tod me he couldn't make up a quote and his father wasnt there but he would call " I PROMISE He said .A day later tte Son called and apologized saying I would have the quote that day. DIDN'T HAPPEN... It is now Saturday, they are closed for the weekend. I left a message describing how upset I was and was astonished that they did the sae thing te other Minute Man Press did. STAY AWAY FROM MINUTE MAN PRESS. ESPECIALLY FAIRLAWN AND HOHOKUS BRANCHES .
