I went in there because I'm older and my vision changes. I picked glasses I wanted but my insurance would cover everything except for $100 because they couldn't work with me on $100 which isn't much. Now I have to continue on not being able to see very well and my glass is falling off cuz they couldn't help somebody out for one week credit. Lames
Good luck speaking with a person if you call. I've had an order for almost 2 months and was trying to cancel it because I was so fed up with waiting that I got Lasik. I was on hold for an hour after dealing with the automated service. I went in person to cancel the order and the person there actually remembered me( why I gave 2 stars). He took my info to refund me and said it would take up to 2 weeks to get the refund. 3 weeks later still nothing. I'm on hold at this moment for 23 minutes .
