I am sorry for your experience with our ordering system. Our policy here for special orders has always been 1-2 weeks. We often get our orders quicker than that. Unfortunately we are reliant on our vendors to get us the product as quickly as possible. Some vendors are quicker than others and some of our vendors are on the west coast of the USA so are inherently slower than others. Our shipping policy is also located on our website but to be even more transparent we will add that policy to our receipts as well. As a retired US Navy CPO I take my core values and the core values of my company very seriously and I regret that you feel this way.

When theyre out of stock of your size, they will tell you that they can order it for you. I paid for them to order my size assuming it will take 3-5 days. Come to find out they're not making a special order for the individual, in actuality youre going to be waiting on their Entire stores new batch of shipment replenishment . Smh. This is very DECEPTIVE and MISLEADING. You will be waiting for at least a week plus at a minimum. And guess what, Im still waiting for what I ordered. I have a degree in business administration and this is false advertising. Be up front and honest with your customers. Obviously this store doesnt have any core values.

Rich was incredible. His customer service is top- notch. He was super nice when he responded to my requests for information after the store was closed. He helped me find the right uniform, size and style for my son- let me pay over the phone and helped him with the fitting when he got there to pick it up. This will be my "go to place" for any future uniform needs.
