Terrible service. My car battery died and I called a tow to take it to replace the battery and I then called this dealership to inform them and they said they would handle it. Guess what? After a MONTH of waiting for my car and me calling almost everyday, the manager of the auto repair section, Matt, told me they just parked my car in the upstairs of the dealership and forgot about it? They didnt even apologize and they tried to charge me $500 for the battery replacement, and only when I informed them of the warranty I have on the vehicle they agreed to not charge me. To make matters worse, Matt promised he would hook me up (?) and never followed up with me. My car battery recently died again and I truly regret that I will have to deal with this location once again. Please avoid if you are able to do so.

Always efficient, always friendly and most importantly always customer need first. The reason Ive been a customer for decades is because Im always certain that decisions are made based upon safety and top performance of my car and my budget and needs. Ive never felt pressured and have on more than a few occasions been surprised by advice that favors me and avoids an unnecessary cost.
Disappointed in the condition the tires were in when this arrived for my grandfather yesterday. You would think after spending x amount of money on a new mercedes, they would deliver it in better conditions.
