Here at Northwest Custom Apparel, we pride ourselves on excellent customers service and communication. We offered this customer a special deal that has expired since their last order and promptly relayed the new pricing for apparel and addon options. When given the new pricing for a custom webstore which stays up during the open order period only, and the capability to offer over 25 different styles of apparel at once, instead of reaching out for a pricing option better suited for their organization, we were surprised to find this review instead that insists we have changed ownership. We have not changed ownership and we strive to offer fair pricing for the work related to the products being offered/sold as well as our addon offerings such as the webstore for collecting online orders during the presale phase. I have used this company for 5 years and brought them business when I moved to another company. Heather M was fantastic to work with and the service was top notch! I am not sure if the company got bought out in the past year, but now the service is awful! They do not care if you are a returning customer and are not up front about their new hidden fees (even when asked about them and what they were for). They want to add an additional 25% to each order or a $350.00 online store fee. They closed our current store (without notice) and wanted to charge us again! I let them know that we would be taking our business elsewhere and I all I got was a generic response of "thank you for your business". Customer service is definitely dead in this company. Such a sad turn around in just 1 year.
As a person who is in a band, having high quality T-shirts are a must. Northwest Custom Apparel makes the absolute best shirts. Taylar is extremely helpful and made ordering shirts extremely easy. Her expertise and professionalism makes me a return customer for sure. If you are interested in shirts, there is nobody better. I emailed her, made the order. It was as easy as can be.

Went in the other day with my boss and I was not impressed with their customer service at all. They made us feel like were putting them out by asking questions. Needless to say, we will be taking our business elsewhere.
