No ability to pay online! I received an text to send files by 3pm (I sent at 1:00pm). However, I sent the email and asked if I could pay when i get there. I received no response, no text back and so when I was ready to pick up they acted as if they new nothing about my order. Just wasted my time. (I don't trust them or their quality of work).

Hi Harrietta, sorry you did not have a pleasant experience, we do carry sizes upto 5XL, but in plus sizes colors are limited, because of a small shop & a limited floor space, we have to be very careful with our inventory. We do run out of some items occasionally, we try our best to keep up, hope you'll be gracious with our short comings and come back and shop with us again. Thanks

Not everybody is a small, medium or large and if you need a plus size, you will not find it here. From what I was offered out of the numerous assortment of styles and colors - they had discount dull dark gray...really. I was also told, ...'we can place it on order'. If I go into a tee shirt store to get a tee shirt, I should not have to even wait one day..your job is to sell - what??--tee shirts. Okay, so then I wanted a couple of the cute bumper stickers - they didnt have them. How hard is it to see that one item or your inventory sells out fast and maybe just maybe common sense should tell somebody to order a more the next time. If you are a 'regular' size person...by all means - go visit the establishment and support the small businesses but if you are not a 'regular' size go elsewhere.

Great place! Owner is very hands on and helpful.. I needed some individual pieces made asap for a birthday gift and despite the time crunch he went out of his way to make sure it was done in time for the occasion. The hoodie and T came out perfect and there is a happy birthday friend with a happy customer! Highly recommended.

I called and the phone didn't pick up. When I came in with a previous offer, the associate did not honor it and insisted there be a minimal price. I asked how much could I get for the minimal price and the answer was unclear. However, the availability and variety of options are great. The lack of flexibility of price for small projects is not great. It's a good place for tourists to get RVA things, only if you've already gone to World of Mirth and Mongrel.
