Hello, were very sorry some products didnt work for you like you wanted. CBD is the non-psychoactive ingredient in the cannabis plant (Hemp), Which help thousands of our patients with tons of different disorders! Sometimes people assume they will feel different and wait for the different effect when thats not the case with CBD, you will just feel the absence of the body malfunction youre trying to fix after a period of time! We only carry the most reputable brands on the market, that are all tested and confirmed for the best purity around. If people say CBD wasnt working for them, its because the milligram wasnt high enough (which people tend to start lower since we have options 100mg to 6,000mg instock!) Everyones body requires different milligrams of CBD, and sometimes different brands, as its so new people still need to do trial and error to see what works best for them. Our staff are fully trained for weeks with every last bit of information on the industry before they start to ensure you the best assistance. As for the return policy we not do returns with medicine to keep it safe and healthy for everybody, but will always offer a large discount on another product you are interested in to assure CBD will work for you!

I bought a tincture and several packs of gummies here. They had 0 effect despite not being cheap. I liked the guy Shaun (Sean? with braces), he was great, but the 2 other workers struck me as kind of asocial teens. They had a no returns policy even for unopened, recently purchased stuff. Not always great customer service and their stuff doesn't work (at least for me). Cheers...

I have frequented Natural Remedies since there opening. Always greeted with a true Hello and a concern for one to feel better. We all need that , being older I was skeptical at first ? Then I took the advise of an employee and started with 2 products. There was a noticeable difference in my anxiety my mood and a ( calm over) I hadn't felt in years. The product line choices are of a very good quality .
