Unfortunately, the statements do not depict the actual chain of events. The client received and has been in possession of the completed website that is live on the internet. The client's own statement invalidates the claim: "The website looks great" and "my team loved what you came up with". The client paid for 1 infographic design and received 4 infographics along with the editable files, the firm overdelivering in good faith on what was purchased. Finally, there was no Wix involvement or "pulling the plug", as this would be a direct violation of Wixs' terms of use: Wix will not get involved in any disputes between Wix users and Wix Partners. Such disputes should be resolved directly between the users and the partners. Unfortunately, the client is in violation of our terms of service contract and this matter has been forwarded to legal.

A good company to go with if you do not have a creative idea for your branding needs. They are not adaptive to an established vision and struggle to meet client needs. My project took an additional 3 months which was primarily due to the response time from Mark B and the constant revisions. After numerous failed attempts to get the project on track, we eventually had to get Wix involved in order to receive a response from Mark B. We then decided to pull the plug on the project. I was left with an incomplete website and a useless infographic. I reached out on multiple occasions in order to address my concerns directly. Our calls where not returned and virtual appointments where not accepted.You get what you pay for. My advice is to pay more and hire true professionals
