My son had a approval from another loan company, and they recommend this company for us to go into and buy his car. My son got there with his approval paperwork, the salesperson wanted him to fill out a credit application, my son was filling it out and I asked him why. The sales person said that it was for their record. Working in banking I knew what he was trying to do. When we did not the sale manager called our loan company to try to restrust the loan, and we were told that we had to pay a $2600.00 marketing fee. Needless to say we left, and call the loan company Santander Bank, and they did told us that the sale manager called them to change our loan. this company has crooks working for them. Please do not go to them, they are not honest and refuse to take loans from other companies if you dont allow them to try to finance with their company. We have file a complaint against them with the BBB

Ok. I don't like car dealers, and typically only by used, sorry pre-owned, vehicles. But now that we are driving 70-80 miles a day we looked into hybrids, and since they hold their value quite well looked into new ones. Did research went with the Honda Insight. Now, where to buy. Did all shopping by phone and the internet. Pitted one dealers offer against another, prices getting lowered, accessories being added, find the color I want etc. Well after three or four days, Goodson came in with the best "drive-out" price and more dealer add-ons than the other guys. Great, but then I dreaded going into the dealer expecting to get shenanigans either from the sales rep or in financing (wanted the 0.9% Honda financing.) When I got to the dealer, I was stunned. NO shenanigans. Car was already detailed and full of gas. I test drove, said "yes," went to financing, got my rate, got my car. Done in about 1.5 hours, with EXACTLY what I was promised via email and on the phone. Ok, the finance guy did try to sell me other things, like glass protection, GAP insurance, etc., but that's his job right? He wasn't pushy at all and VERY efficient. I cannot recommend this place enough. Shop on the internet, contact Darryl (internet sales), negotiate your price, and he will deliver the car EXACTLY as promised. This is my first Honda. After this experience, I would be tempted to never buy anything else. But, first I'll see how the car holds up!

Pretty good experience overall. Decent selection and good people. They are for real. It took a lot of negotiating but we got where we needed to be. I feel comfortable recommending this place. Just give yourself time and be patient. They will work with you.

My wife and i went to check out this used pilot and we were help by Prentice Simms. well we went inside to talk about the numbers and the suv. it went for 15,890 to 18500 with the fees. kbb value on excellent condition is 13800 so i offer the 13000 plus fees cause the car had a broken rear bumper and scratches all over the tail lights. i ask them about it and they said they take of it, i ask how and they did give me a honest answer so i called my brother for help negotiated the car. he is a motorcycle sales man. so when he gets there. he ask for the car fax. he looks at it ok he told them the kbb is 13800 and we are looking for a great deal can he see if he can go talk to his boss. Prentice (the salesman) said no I'm not going to ask i don't work for you. i work for myself and the dealer. well my thought what a dumb answer to tell customer that here to buy a car. well my brother said do you even have the PDI that is the paper that shows what they done to the car since the shop had it. the charge 1090 for some ibex stuff and 299 for nitro. and on the PDI none of that was done. another lie. well my brother said go get you boss. you need to work on your people skills. the boss comes and said the best price is 15500 plus fess and just 20 mins ago he said 14999 we were like wtf man you guys don't even know how to deal with customers so we got up and left. IF YOU NEED A HONDA GO TO RUSSEL AND SMITH HONDA ask for mr. GUZMAN HE GOT ME A GREAT DEAL NEWER CAR LESS MILES AND JUST 15500 with warranty included. DON'T BUY A CAR FROM SPRING BRANCH HONDA THEY JUST WANT TO TAKE 3000 OVER KBB
