Thank you for your feedback Will. We are updating the website and it should become intuitive. We always play clean music - but point noted if there was a miss. Decent place. Website is not very user friendly to book reservations. Music is not censored or kids music. Front door has no protection or barrier to stop kids from walking out. Besides that, we had a good time.

I had my daughter’s first birthday here and the manager was rude and terrible. I’m not sure if she doesn’t like people of color or if she doesn’t like kids. I payed for 2 hours of party time and the only available time was 6pm even though the building closes at 7:30. They should’ve never took my money if i wasn’t allowed my full party time. I was told I could pay for extra time as well but a staff member said the manager didn’t want to grant me that option. The staff literally came in and started packing our things and rushing me and my guests out as we were cutting the cake. Definitely tainted my daughter’s first birthday experience. Also one of my guests payed for cotton candy and never received it!!
