Complete waste of money- We agreed to spending $60,000 with Designzillas for a website and marketing- There was a huge communication disconnect- partly based on changing project managers multiple times and having to start from scratch more than once. This was a year long agreement that we were stuck in. From the beginning we made it clear that we wanted to work together so we can grow our site using both our own strategy and theirs, but it was not what happened at all- They were not helpful in working together to make the site successful and did not deliver what was promised. They seemed like the best company, but they are definitely seemed to be having internal problems and we were unfortunate enough to be in the mix of it. They would take 1-2 weeks at a time to get back to us causing delay after delay. They also tried to overcharge us claiming hours that we did not agree to- which they fixed but they tried to overcharge us. To sum it all up.. In my opinion we got a $5,000-$10,000 website for $60,000- They wasted a year of our time because we could not build out the site like we wanted to and just made everything overly complicated- I wouldnt recommend using designzillas

I am amazed that as a marketing agency you sent me a cold email. We own a number of businesses. One of which your team & owner came to two weeks ago & met with my head of marketing. You wasted two hours of her time then said you would send a proposal. Two weeks passed & no proposal, no contact etc. Then you send me a cold call direct email - go figure? You had a very hot lead which you managed badly, wasted my time & yours only then to waste more time & money on a email campaign to market your services? And your a marketing business. Please remove me from your marketing as your business is clearly not able to deliver the product you sell.
