However, it's unfortunate that your experience with the delivery of your order didn't meet these same high standards. As a small business that values each order enormously, we pride ourselves on our helpful customer service. That's why we take feedback like this very seriously. After looking into the concerns you raised with the relevant member of our small 3-person customer service team, we could see that it was us who contacted you about your incorrect delivery address as soon as we noticed it. As we dispatch many orders per day, we don't always have the opportunity to pick up on errors customers have made with their provided addresses. As soon as this issue was flagged to us, we contacted you to get the correct information so that delivery could be re-arranged. We did this in a helpful manner and provided as much information as possible. Your order was also printed the same day it was released into the production queue, so even with the one day delay with delivery, it was still due for delivery within our estimated lead time indicated on our website. Although there are definite benefits of using a third-party courier to deliver our orders, there are also drawbacks. It's upsetting for us to hear that you didn't have a good experience with our chosen courier. We will take your feedback on board to see if any changes can be made.

The quality of Handy Labels is very good. My other business has used their labels and we've always been happy with their orders. However I have directly ordered the labels this time round and made a fault with the delivery address regarding the number which I did not see. This is entirely my fault of course. However, when I enquired about it with customer service there seemed to be a lack of awareness about my delivery and also a lack of care that it was not going to be delivered on time anymore when I have been waiting to receive it. I also feel like this is a situation which could have been very easily avoided by either the dpd or Handy Labels. I was only sent an email during the time in which I was expecting the delivery to be delivered which is careless. I called back the delivery driver from dpd and he was incredibly rude to me also (I believe he may have been in an annoyed and stressed temper). Obviously this is out of Handy Labels control but this has dampened my experience with the company so it is something to make them aware of. Overall, this is an excellent place to get your labels but customer service definitely needs to be improved and would be nice if they acted a bit more like they cared that I was not receiving my delivery on time. Hope this detailed review helps to make some improvements :)

Good afternoon Nikki, I'm sorry to hear your shopping experience could have been better. It's a pity that you were not willing to take a call from our customer services manager so we could try to resolve the situation before putting in a 1-star review. After looking into your order thoroughly, we feel it's very important to give potential customers a better understanding of the issues you have faced and what we have done up to this point to positively rectify the situation. 1. You have placed a single order with us to date, on the 23rd November for a total sum of 39.04 2. You were emailed a PDF proof of your approval by James who notified you that your supplied artwork was of low quality and he recommended for you to supply higher-quality artwork to achieve a better quality printed order. Many printing companies would have just printed the poor quality screenshots that you originally supplied, we did not do this, as you would not have been happy with the printed result, we strive for every customer to be happy with their order. 3. After several PDF proofs, you approved your order on Wednesday 24th November at 16.13pm. 4. We managed to print, finish and despatch your full order on the 26th November on a next day DPD delivery service, you also received the tracking number for this service, so I'm not sure why you have claimed you did not receive this? 5. We contacted DPD to raise a parcel search as soon as we were informed by yourself that your parcel had not arrived, the parcel search can take up to 5-7 working days, but with several reasons, Covid, Black Friday and Christmas Rush we were notified by DPD that searched could take slightly longer. 6. In a positive response to the above we decided to reprint your full order free of charge at no extra cost to you and made the decision to post via Royal Mail First Class post considering the complications DPD previously had. We posted out the reprinted set of free labels on Friday 4th December which we were notified today by yourself have not reached you either which is extremely unfortunate. Our long email trail shows Jackie has been in contact with yourself and DPD throughout to try and resolve the situation, and we feel we could not do any more than we already have. We are still waiting on the parcel search from DPD as there's a high chance you will still have your order delivered, and maybe you will also receive a second free set if your Royal Mail parcel is successful. I can guarantee you that we all work extremely hard for every single one of our customers, that is the reason we have a high volume of returning customers which reflects in 500+ 5-star reviews. Naturally, every order that gets placed will not go as smooth as we would all like, many issues will be out of our control when a third-party is used, but we always do all that we can at the given time and circumstances. It's extremely disappointing to hear when a customer has claimed to have received an awful experience, but hopefully, with this detailed explanation, any potential customers reading this can decide whether to trust us to supply a fast, high-quality order all at a great price. ***UPDATE*** 09.12.20 @ 18:02 As per our telephone conversion this afternoon, DPD has updated us to let us know your parcel has not been located, therefore we have been able to put in a claim for your order. Once this has been accepted we will cancel and refund your order in full. * If your free, reprinted Royal Mail order arrives with you, please keep this order out of goodwill for any inconvenience caused. Awful experience. I ordered my first set of labels over 2 weeks ago, spent a considerable amount of money and they never arrived, DPD had no tracking and Handy Labels said they had to open an enquiry before they could do anything. Eventually they agreed to re-print and send me new labels which they sent via Royal Mail (UNTRACKED) and they never arrived. I am not sure why they were sent untracked after the first set got lost... so now here I am still no labels, have had to cancel several orders from customers in the busiest time of year and once again they cannot send me any more until they do an enquiry so I am just out of pocked and am having to re order from elsewhere. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
