This is the third time in a row, that the black woman employee at the register, tries to announce your look a like was just here. Today it was aren't you the lady from the airport? She ruins everything. Like she is just here to identify everyone. Your staff make it miserable. Congratulations, you're guilty of harassment

I sincerely apologize for the condition of the $50 jacket. At that price point the item would have had a Designer label, but it that condition, it should not have been in the Designer section or at that price. We missed it. Bad lighting and carelessness are the most probably causes. If given the chance, a significant price adjustment would have been made. We have been the benefactor of some awesome mirrors, many with original retails of $1000 plus. We have had several mirrors that retailed for $75-$95 originally. They are typically priced at $18 -$25. As the primary fundraiser for the NCJW, we do put serious prices on special items that warrant such. ALL of our profits are returned to the local community through various agencies such as Gilda's Club, Maryhurst, and Keystone Learning Academy. Our store provides a complete list of all agencies we help to fund.

I have been here several times over the years but I won't be going back after my last visit today. I have found lots of things at this store..and I even found some today, but someone in the pricing department has developed a heavy hand. A stained jacket with cat hair for 50$? A dirty mirror for 95$? I understand you need some markup but these prices are ridiculous. At prices like those I could buy brand new items. I will be going to the tons of other thrift stores with affordable prices in the area.

Always fun to go shop here, they have dressing rooms and they also sell toys. Have found troll dolls over the years that have been worth much more. Can always find something interesting here.
