Experience isn't consistent. Depends who you get at the counter to take your order. Some folks are good and some are cheap that won't even give you plastic spoons or a napkin with your order.

Yesterday was my first time along with some friends. I gave 2 stars because of the live music or else I would've given 1 star. I dont see what all the hype is about and I don't know how in the world they have 4.7 stars. I love barbecue and know good barbecue and this was not it. The brisket had no seasoning and was dry as cardboard. The mac n cheese tasted like it was the kraft boxed mac n cheese. One of my friends did say the turkey was ok but not smoked. The banana pudding was "ok". Crazy thing is we traveled to Frisco to eat at Hutchins BBQ down the street but the line was out on the sidewalk and we didn't want to wait. We've had them once before and it was delicious. I even told the cashier that the reason we were there was due to Hutchins being so busy and that we hoped the BBQ there was just as good. She replied "it's delicious!" Well lie detector determned "That Was A Lie!". Definitely won't be back here.

the ribs, brisket and mac n cheese is good and I love the workers but, poor service. management is horrible and I would know from experience. letting someone go for giving out discounts when she didn't know the discount code. asking questions they shouldn't etc..... has somewhat good food but it is the last place I pick for anything. poor poor poor.
