Kimberly, Thanks for camping with us and for letting us know about the issue upon check-in. That sounds frustrating, and we're sorry that you had to wait so long when we're sure you were tired and ready to pull into your site! The night staff is generally supposed to be at the gate, but sometimes they get called away to help someone inside the park, and guests are supposed to be able to contact them via phone if they're not at the gate. We'll check to make sure that all that information is clearly posted and review procedures with our night staff to make sure that doesn't happen again. Thanks for giving us the opportunity to improve and for giving us a try on your way through the area - happy trails!

We only stayed 1 night as we were just passing through. Let them know ahead of time that we would be getting there late. Had to wait at entrance about 1/2 hour before anyone showed up to check us in. Campsites were very close together.

We value safety very highly, especially in our pool area, and our lifeguards are trained to consistently enforce safety standards. Overall satisfied with the park, I understand the safety purposes of the lifeguard at the poolHowever the young lady was extremely overbearing towards children..she has to say something about every single thing. This was 05/18/22.

The site was a little small. Didnt have room for the camper and our truck, other then that it was a good experience.

Beautiful park. Very well kept. Staff is very helpful. Lady at the security gate always had a smile. Great location.

We returned for 5/2022. Stayed 2 weeks. This is a great place to stay. Kid and dog friendly. Everyone is very nice who you camp by. Its always enjoyable. Be back next year. Always a great place to stay. Sites plenty big, lots of room for slides. Level sites, and clean. WiFi good, cable some issues due to storm. Our fellow neighbors could of cleaned up after there dog a little better but over all it was fine. Cacadias were a little noisy and heavy but that only happens in 17 yrs. they have a express bus to pick you up and take you into Washington DC which is great dont have to ride the Metro in to DC.
