Ordered a shirt as a holiday gift back in November 2018. Fast forward January 2019, still no shirt and a bunch of empty promises regarding when it will be sent out. Your store is in SF. I'm in LA. 1 Shirt. WHAT IS THE HOLD UP?!?!?! I'm pretty sure DSF Clothing, may not exist anymore which is a shame because I bought some cool shirts from their physical location back in 2017 as they were preparing to move elsewhere.
Placed order on August 5, 2018. Got email confirmation. After two weeks going by, consistent with the email confirmation of '10-14 business days' to fulfill the order, I emailed for a status update on August 22. I got no response. I got no response from a second email or online web form. I had to call my credit card company to dispute the charge since DSF took my $45 charge without filling the order (or responding to me).
