Brad was able to put our bug worries at ease. His communication was spot on - letting us know when he would be on the property and if anyone (or our pets) would be home so as not to worry them or the neighbors. When he arrived (early) he was in a marked vehicle and we went over what to expect moving forward and what to be on the lookout for. We will definitely call Brad again in the near future to keep our home pest free.
