The people in the store is nice and helpful. The exchange policy is trash though. The employee told me the gloves he sold me were a perfect fit.went riding with them today and they were way too loose so I called to exchange and they said noshouldve just bought these gloves at cycle gear where they wouldve helped me out with the exchange. Never buying direct again.

As you know, current Chicago regulations require every customer in every store to wear a face covering. Trying to walk into the store they didnt even offer me a mask I kno Im supposed to have one but even at Ducati and cycle gear they gave me a mask and they limit us like cmon then I go get my mask and try and walk in Im looking at the stuff there floor guy is acting like a jerk thinking we werent gona buy stuff his actions werent welcoming to the spot at all
