Recently moved out of the area and joined a new Cub Scout Pack. My son has a blanket with his name and Pack Number, along with all the patches he earned and needed to add the new Pack number. While they are a bit pricey for embroidery (6and out of our way), cam here specially to make sure the new Pack number matches. When we dropped off the blanket, were very clear what we wanted (same size, font, ribbon color) and told no problem. Picked up the blanket the next day and not happy. Font was similar, but not as thick, and ribbon color was more yellow than gold. When I expressed my displeasure, they said they bought a new machine late last year, hence the difference. Asked about a discount or partial credit, but told no as embroidery is not refundable.

The store has a nice selection of work clothing. When I went there to buy a work shirt, unfortunately they did not have my size. I ordered my shirt and the employee said that he would place the order (which he advised would take about five days to receive). I waited 3 1/2 weeks and still did not hear from the employee with the status of my order. So I went to the store and asked if my order had come through. To my surprise the employee shuffled through some paperwork and said that the order had not been placed yet because they were out of stock. He then checked the computer and to my surprise, they were in stock. But after that long wait I was really disappointed that my order had not been placed and I felt that I was deceived in believing that the order was placed. To me that is extremely poor business ethic. To find the receipt slip just shuffled in a bunch of paperwork seems very unorganized to me. Unfortunately after shopping at the store for many years I found that over the last several years this place has become more of a disappointment in my opinion I could do business elsewhere.

Since the nephew took over the business customer service and quality has gone out the door. The previous owner would never turn away a fast stich job. Also letters and fonts are not the same. The employees are more helpful then the nephew.
