I bought a pair of swim wear from this store. I did not like the article and tried to return it a few hours later. I was informed that the store does not do returns for money, but will only give "store credit" or exchange for another item. Nothing at this store informed me this was their policy. Don't bother shopping here.

Rented wetsuits from island surf and sport. The velcro on the neck was missing so every wave the zip came down. Not good! I told who I thought was the manager that they weren't functional and asked for money back. He refused to give me money back. You should not be renting wetsuits if they don't function!

Great store ! Awesome selection of olukai shoes and sandals. They carry costa sunglasses and Melin hats too! Great spot to check out before you go to the beach or out in Newport.

Paid close to $400 for two wetsuits on Sunday. Went a surfing Sunday night and discovered my $200 suit has a hole in the back and leaks water. Brought the wet suit back less than 48 hours later to exchange and was told this is my problem to deal with, and that I need to call the manufacturer. So Im out $200, and have no timetable to get a suit and get back in the water. Highly discouraged and would not recommend this shop. Bummer, I thought this was place and these people were good folks.
