The 2020 IA Triathlon bike is fine but the Zipp pad extensions they sell on their website to fit any Devox handlebars is not accurate. They don't fit my Devox bars. The holes don't line up with the brackets. Frustrating!!!! I appreciate Felt getting back to me and resolving my problem. Therefore I'm changing this review from a 2-star to a 5-star. I love when companies are responsive and take care of their customers.
Ich habe derzeit zwei FELT-Räder. Ein AR 6 und ein NINE 3. Mit beiden bin ich sehr zufrieden. Preis/Leistung ist super. Bei dem Support muss ich allerdings auch sagen, dass es über München deutlich besser funktioniert hat, als jetzt über Frankreich. Und was wirklich dringend fehlt, ist der Online-Shop für Europa. Die Beschaffung von Ersatzteilen über den Fachhandel ist leider sehr mühselig, was allerdings nicht an FELT liegt, eher an dem Händler der einfach keine Lust hat, z.B. eine Schraube für ein paar Euro zu bestellen. Persönlich habe ich hier im Norden die besten Erfahrungen mit Trionik in Hamburg gehabt. Und was ich auch feststellen musste, die meisten gelisteten Händler in Deutschland haben auf ihrer Website keine Felt-Räder und oftmals nichtmal einen Hinweis das sie die überhaupt führen. Ach ja, und eine Carbon-Version vom Breed wäre schön ;-)

All my bikes are Felt and what a great company! I race expert XC class in my state of Va and train rigorously. Im very pleased at the quality and craftsmanship that has been put into the designs of my bikes. I get all of them tuned and serviced regularly at the bike shop that sponsors me to keep them running at peak performance.

I agree. This is not a very comfortable feeling not being able to contact anyone. No answer to the email - seems to be the only way to contact them. Their phones work when they want to get paid I bet!!! I was leaning toward buying a Felt bike, but with not being able to get support and that frustrating bot that is useless in providing information, I'll likely go spend my money elsewhere.

If you're looking for a company with great customer service...Felt is not it. They have no mode of communication for customers, with no phone number to call for customer support, and emails that won't get answered for days (if at all). they have a "help" widget on their website that answers all of about 4 commonly asked questions. If you don't have an authorized felt dealer in your immediate location then you better hope you don't need replacement parts, because there is no way to get them.
