Someone needs to fire Michelle! Super mean unprofessional woMAN. My mother has had plumbing issues for 2mos. She went in to ask for help and Michelle told her to take of it herself. My mother told her to do it and she yelled at my mother as my mom walked out of the office telling her to have a "Great day" all mean and passive-aggressivly. Can I get a contact for HR or a General Manager? This is ridiculous. Management is awful here! Get this place together! People don't deserve to deal with mean people like that. They never answer their phones to the office. You to go to the office to communicate with them. The office people are awful here!

Alejandra Felix, we are disappointed by your experience as well. The price you saw online is the base price for the apartment and is accurate, however that does not include utilities. It also does not include the move-in deposit. While there may have been some miscommunication, we can say with confidence that there was no ill intent and would never embrace manipulative business practices. Do not rely on their computer information system! It misleads you with lack of information. Judging from the pictures, the community looks nice, but their application, and moving fees are ridiculously high and overwhelming. It gave me the impression that they ripoff Seniors there !!! BE AWARE!!!!
