I no longer use GoSite and have canceled my account with them a while ago. I continue to get charged $400 every 3 months. I have reported them to the BBB and also marked their withdraws as fraudulent. Horrible customer support. I would not recommend at all.

After two of paying for services were werent getting, we finally pulled the plug. Most of our account was non functioning or very, very slow, so really the only thing we had that worked was the contact hub. Thats it. For 3 months Ive been leaving messages (because there was never a human that could take my call) with no return call, no help, or the run around saying they were working on the problems. Enough is enough. You wont get your moneys worth with this company.

Worst experience ever. Ruined my business! Please READ!!! I hired them after being persistently called over and over again they gave me a good spiel. About $2000+ and months later I realized my phone just stopped ringing with new leads. They never made any of the edits I asked for nor did i see any ROI. So I finally called my credit card company and got all the money reimbursed and out of retaliation and spite they deleted my Google business profile with all my positive reviews over the last ten years. I am currently in the process of looking into what kind of lawsuit I may or may not be able to file for interfering with my business and my livelihood and ability to make money for my family. STAY AWAY. Unless im the unluckiest person alive or everything they tell you is a lie. Ill be contacting the BBB as well.
