Hi Khadium, When buying hollow jewellery, extra care has to be considered when wearing. Hollow (as explained on our website) gives the look of a heavier more expensive chain but not the strength. I think maybe you should consider buying solid pieces in the future and you will not have any durability issues.

WORSE chains that you could buy from them I bought two necklaces from them and I continue to have problems .. both broken, the rope chain was broken after less than 4 months that I had bought it from them, had insurance in case something should happen and they refused to fix it , DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

I went in to purchase a birthday present for my sister. The minute I walked in the woman manager was rude to me and spoke down to me. I was only shown bad and cheap quality items. I am very disappointed with the bad customer service and I will not be returning.
