They were courteous and on-time. Regrettably after they conducted the eye exam, they recorded the prescription wrong thus sending me home with an incorrect written prescription and ordering a lens that was incorrect as well. Trusting that the prescription was correct, I ordered a second pair of backup glasses from another vendor using this prescription, and of course they came to me wrong. So ultimately it cost me money because I had to return them and eat the cost, and it cost me time too (another 2 visits to the shop). I get that errors happen, I make them too, but when I brought this to their attention twice, they really didn't seem to care, didn't really apologize. So this was unfortunately my first time here and my last.
My niece took her son here and when it comes to austic children they are horrible and rude. They told her to bring him back when he's not having a meltdown. Guess what he wasn't even having a meltdown. They definitely need to be educated. If you want ur children to be treated better don't go to this place. They don't even deserve a star however, it's the only way u can leave a comment. Just horrible!!!!!
First eye exam in a couple of years and Dr Le was amazing!! She was very attentive to my needs and thoroughly explained things to me... She answered all my questions and the staff was very friendly and professional ...The office was clean and her equipment was new and up to date in technology... It was a great visit and very informative for my eye care and overall health..I would highly recommend Dr. Le and her team...
The staff is always very welcoming and cheerful, they make my daughter very at ease. The Doctor's are awesome! Look forward to seeing everyone each time we visit. Dr. Le is a absolute delight and my daughter just loves her! Very professional and extremely knowledgeable. :)
I am 68, have severe dry eyes and wear scleral lenses which require regular check ups. I am (was) a patient of Dr Tami Le. I expected an annual reminder from this office but after 18 months I called to make an appointment. When I asked why I had not gotten an annual reminder I got an Oh, I guess well start doin that. I show up for my appointment only to find out that the office has MOVED! I am 30 minutes away and driving is bad for me as I have to wear dark goggles. I call to ask why they didnt bother to tell me they moved knowing it had been 18 months since Id been there! All I got was a lame, Well, the person who made your appointment should have told you that. I asked to speak to Dr Le who offered no real concern or compassion for my situation. My search goes on for an office whos staff and doctors have real concern the elderly.
