I have been on NE power since 2017 as a paying customer, and before that, since 2004 living with my mom. They are always nice and helpful whenever we have questions, even when I was hooking up electric for my house in 2017. Of course we have the occasional power outage, but within 30 mins we can see the bucket trucks driving around trying to locate the issue, no matter the hour. Final note, when it comes to getting your fiber hooked up, just realize there are 700 plus people waiting to be hooked up (that number is from the last time I talked with them). Be patient, they will get to you. They are building an entire infrastructure practically from scratch, and hookup time at your house averages 3-4 hours. Again, BE PATIENT. Keep doing what you are doing NE!
I've had a great experience with them every time I've contacted them in regard to their Fiber Internet service. It's quite a contrast with AT&T who is the other provider available to me.
Online outage reporter is a joke. Reported outage and an hour later Website says there are no outages. left voice mail but can't tell if message was delivered.
