UPDATE- 4th visit and the tap STILL isn't right. Were over 3 months now. We have the Quatreau Touch Tap and for the first four years it has been great. Boiling water, sparkling water, filtered water and warm and cool water all at a touch. HOWEVER, now we have had some issues with the unit I could not recommend more strongly you look at other companies for a similar unit. Their maintenance and support are absolutely useless. We have been waiting over three months for a replacement unit now, all the while without warm or cool water and a tap that drips and turns itself on (sometimes on the boiling eater function, extremely dangerous). Each member of their team who comes out has no notes of what the last person said and tell us something different, each visit is also two to three weeks apart. I would be embarrassed to work there and I cannot advise you enough to look elsewhere if you are wanting something similar. Really disappointed for the money and the level of 'service' provided by the company as a whole.

Do not trust this company. We ordered a system from the UK manufacturer and received reconditioned components including a rusty and corroded tap. After many calls into the company and no response back we managed to locate a distributor in the USA who contacted them and got action for us. These people are not to be trusted. Poor product, poor service. We dumped their tap and bought a Zip Hydro Tap as a replacement, very happy. This company are amateurs at best.

PureH2O have some really good looking boiling taps and their service is excellent. I've had a SmartTap installed with a purifier and the water tastes so much better than tap and my tea no longer has that horrible scum floating on the surface. Well worth the investment.
Mr Gough, as you know your tap system has been serviced for 10 years at nothing more than the cost of the 2 filters each year. When parts have required replacement youve not been charged. Youve also had an upgrade free of charge over this period. After 10 years the boiler now needs replacement. We offered to upgrade your system with an excellent trade in for on your old unit making the price a fraction of a new system; we can hardly be fairer than that. I am struggling to write how disappointed I am with the product and customer service of this company. I purchased the tap 10 years ago and have had nothing but problems. I have had multiple leaks, annoying drips that never end, engineers that turn up to fix problems who don't have the correct tools or replacement parts, customer service people whom never call back and i am just sick of the product. It looks good but it over promises and under delivers. Quite literally, nothing works properly on the system. I think I have had at least 3 replacement taps and a couple of boilers changed and you simply can't put that down to "bad luck". The water flow either blasts out or it's a dribble. The carbonated water has never worked after a day of changing the cannister. The boiler has now fused my kitchen and they want 700 to change it for a reconditioned one!! I have today taken the decision to arrange for someone to remove the product and install a Quooker Fusion instead. I sympathise with the other persons who have had similar experiences to me that have also felt so let down that they have had to post reviews but from next Wednesday, I won't have that problem.
