In last month order was delivered by Lasership here on East Coast which luckily received fine. Previous orders by FedEx and UPS. Lasership is more miss than hit on deliveries for many others as posted in Google reviews of their various locations, in other words, a near 1.x rating out of 5.0 overall. If Quill uses Lasership beyond high holiday shopping volume, will be looking elsewhere for office supply type needs.

We stopped doing business with Quill after they repeatedly produced customized products with the wrong text on them. When called out on their errors, they accused us of submitting faulty information. Their prices are unreasonably high as well; a common laser printer that we purchased for $79 at Office Depot was $100 through Quill. If you want decent customer service and fair prices avoid this company.

Done with Quill after 20 years! They keep saying that items are in stock and then continue to push your delivery date out. I have been waiting 3 months for something that is "IN STOCK"
