DON'T TOUCH THIS COMPANY. Please read on..... I have been in the holiday rental business since 1999. My experience in dealing with The AdEperts - Manchester has been a disaster and a total waste of my time and a total waste of 308 per month. I have not received even one enquiry or telephone call from any prospective client which can be attributed in any way to the Google Adwords campaign created for me by The AdExperts. I and my colleagues have tried on countless occasions to see if our website was appearing on Page 1 of Google ( as claimed by The AdExperts - Manchester) and we tried every one of the search phrases created by them for us. It NEVER did ! The AdExperts Google adwords campaign results they will send you look convincing, but they do not bear scrutiny. Do NOT believe them. The AdExperts at Manchester are very good at selling the idea of their Google Adwords campaign, but they have totally failed to deliver on their claims and promises. I have been expressing my doubts and concerns to The AdExperts about their service since 17th July 2018, and asking why our results were so totally different to what they have been claiming. I have sent them 37 e-mails and made more than 60 telephone calls to them. When you call them you will only ever get an answer machine. I am very unhappy with their service . If it were possible to award them NO stars, that is what I would do. Furthermore, when they were selling me their service they wrote in their very first e-mail to me that there were No Tie Ins ( which can only mean that you can stop using their service whenever you choose ), so to save me my admin time I paid them 1,948 in total up-front through to 31st December 2018, yet in spite of this, they steadfastly refused to refund to me any of.the money I paid them. I have owned my holiday rentals business since 1999, and I have happily dealt direct with Google and their Adwords and with many other advertising platforms over the last 19 years. Trying to deal with The AdExperts in Manchester has been the worst experience of my entire business life. . The address that TheAdExperts give in Manchester turns out to be a pub, and the people there have never heard of TheAdExperts. The 0844 number which The AdExperts publish on their website is no longer in service. They now give their address as Office 34, but do not give the actual address. Marc, the sales person I was dealing with, told me that he has never met his boss Adam Weatherspoon. My experience of dealing with The AdExperts - Manchester has been a total waste of my time and money and because I have received zero enquiries my holiday rental business business has been seriously damaged throughout what should have been the busiest time of the year.

The AdExperts has been a great investment for me. In the 2 short months I have been working with them, I have made back almost 5 times my investment! They are beyond helpful and are willing to work with me and tailor the advertising to my needs. They are extremely knowledgable when it comes to online marketing. After working with The AdExperts for 3 month on Google Adwords, for my holiday let in Spain, I can only say they are a "breathe of fresh air" when it comes to online marketing, they are extremely knowledgeable, their service no doubt, after checking the reports, has driven many enquiries & booking to my holiday villa over the 3 months, I'm very happy with the services provided and would have no question recommending The AdExperts for Google Adwords. I cannot recommend their service highly enough I turned to The AdExperts when I was starting up my new business and looking for guidance re my online presence. I needed to create a website, google optimise it, and sort out a Facebook and Twitter account. Louise has guided me through the process from an initial chat when I set out my needs, to making the website, to constant feedback and advice on my Facebook/twitter accounts. Now I have a superb new website in place which I can even edit myself for a control freak like me this is an enormous benefit! Looking to the future The AdExperts are going to help me with all the various online reviews the business has out there, and assist with SEO of the new site. I cannot recommend their service highly enough.
