Terrible experience with pat minix and Greg daye, I ordered a 2021 fully loaded telluride sx with minix on 1/22/21 and was told that it would take between 90 and 120 days to get in. I called on 4/17/21 and inquired about when I could expect to get the automobile. I was told by daye that minix had never ordered the automobile. Good luck doing business with this dealership, in my opinion this is absolutely the worst customer service Ive ever encountered and didnt even get an apology for their incompetence. Needless to say, Im not buying a Kia.

This place is a joke sold a car that my daughter was looking at from under her the sales person lied and the sales manager also lied to us on the phone that the car was on the lot longer than what the sales person told us, then why was it on the lot then just stay away from this place.
