Versus Fitness & Martial Arts is the best Fitness and Martial Arts Gym I ever been associated with. The staff is friendly and treat you like family. First impressions are very important, but what's more important is if a great first impression lasts over time. I've been visiting Versus Fitness occasionally when I'm in the area and can't say enough good things about this place. I've been into MMA and martial arts for a very long time, and have been doing Judo for 5 years, and Jiu Jitsu for over 2, which might not seem like a long time, but It's enough time to have a good B.S. detector when it comes to martial arts schools. With the growing popularity of MMA and Jiu Jitsu it's easy to get sucked into a place that doesn't live up to the standard, especially when you are a beginner. Versus is the real deal, it's a gem and you could tell that It's run by someone who is honest and passionate about martial arts. Run by coach Brian, who is an extremely technical teacher, the times that I've been here, I've learned some very important little details that make an extremely big difference when it comes to grappling, It's no surprise, as his teacher is John Ouano, one of Californias best BJJ instructors who's been around for a very long time and trained with some very big names and legends of grappling. The atmosphere here is very friendly and everyone I've met has been extremely respectful. I belong to another school because of the distance, but if I lived closer to Versus, without a doubt, it would be my new home for martial arts. So stop sitting on your couch and watching UFC, take that first step and try a class. You won't regret it.

I finally found a place that challenges my daughter and pushes her to her limits. Coach Brian challenges his students while creating a fun and engaging learning environment. He creates an environment where all students are respected and feel safe which allows his students to open up, have fun, and learn how to defend themselves! My daughter's confidence has developed and strengthened with what she has learned and the variety of strategies Brian has provided to support her learning. I strongly recommend you try a class and experience it for yourself!
