Absolutely ridiculous. I came in wanting a used Prius and was willing to put a ridiculous amount of money down. Let me say that again - Two thirds of the car value down. in cash, today. And I was practically laughed out of the showroom. Specifically Tom, while knowing about warranty and safety features, was completely unfriendly and unhelpful. They refused to negotiate at price at all and didn't even suggest a lower end model or a longer loan when I said I wanted a lower monthly rate. I got a lower price at the monthly payment I wanted at Carvanna an hour later. Don't go to a dealership. And if you do go - don't go to this one. Mark at Madison was so much nicer and willing to help. I will warn away anyone I find from this overcharging hidden fee nonsense. Save yourself the time

I recently bought a Certified pre-owned 2019 Toyota Highlander. The vehicle cost over 36k, the vehicle had a chipped windshield and I was told that the new windshield would come in next week to get it replaced, I also noticed some imperfections like scratches and dents on the vehicle and I was told that when the windshield arrived it would all be taken care of; I had no problem with that. After arriving home I noticed that the car was missing most of the floor mats and had no jack and the rest of the tools needed to replace a flat. I contacted the person who sold me the vehicle (Tim) and told me that he'd call me next week to fix the problem. I never heard from Tim, I texted and called him and was able to speak to him only once in those 2 months. His answer was "it'll be here next week" that's what he's been saying for the past 2 months. I still haven't received my windshield, floor mats or have had my vehicle fixed. I can't believe that a certified Toyota vehicle doesn't come with the necessary tools to change a flat, unbelievable!! I can't wait to see what excuse they'll come with next. I'm a returning customer that have spent over 60k at this place, I'll gladly take my business somewhere else.
