In our phone conversation it was our understanding an Audi dealer provided this part number to you, then you came to our site to purchase it. Once the item was received and installed it was found to be incorrect. Unfortunately we are unable to take back used items, as we would not expect you to accept used items from us. Our $100 store credit offer was something we extended as we felt terrible about your circumstance, regardless of if we had any responsibility in it. We never feel good about situations like this, but we are unable to take responsibility for information on application data provided elsewhere.

Bad experience i lost almost $600 order a part with my vin number i rteceived , installed and was the wrong one , I called and I was told the only thing that they can do was a $100 store credit. AT THIS POINT THEY CAN KEEP THE $100 DOLLAR . will NOT RECOMMEND this business they wash their hands.

We did not receive a response to this email, then 2 addition 1 star reviews were left under alternative accounts. I wish I could leave 0 stars. I have no clue where to start but the service i recieved from this company was absolutely horrendous. I ordered an expensive item which they claimed to have in stock which said it would ship in 1-3 days. After emailing them consistently I finally decided to call after a week, turns out their product isn't in stock for another 2 months. Then I proceed to start my refund and was told I'd get the money in 2 days. After calling and calling, now 2 weeks AFTER I asked for the refund, I finally talked to someone who put my refund through. This company held my money for 3 weeks without any communication on their end. Absolutely terrible terible customer service, will never reccomend this company to anyone.

I called regarding a trans cooler, he spent some time with me on the phone and walked me through several testing process and gave me part numbers to follow up with him if needed. No buying pressure and excellent knowledge with parts and procedures. Great customer service, took his time and was very patient with all questions. Thank you!!
Excellent quick shipping every time I've ordered something. Great service when I had a problem. And if there's anything you ever need to know how to do to a VW, there's probably a video of the shop's owner doing it on Youtube!
