Yes, Sorry Dan, as we did speak on the phone, due to having zero feedback on eBay and bidding on our large scale items, we would need to verify a credit card to allow your bid amount. Unfortunately eBay does have a lot of scams going on, and both as a seller and a buyer we must feel comfortable bidding and selling. Thank you and we do understand you point of view, and hopefully you see ours as well. No scamming here, just must protect our items and auctions. We must have contact and a trust in our new and past customers, sorry we could not earn your trust, but we must protect all our customers, and if eBay scammers are bidding, with no feedback, we must have some security information to match on your account. Put bid on a rv they cancelled my bid with 2 hours to go, called them and they wanted my credit card info sure sounds like a scam to me
We are sorry to hear you were unhappy. Steve called us back after putting 1,672 miles on this van and told us he would like to be compensated in the amount of $2,754.00 or would return it in a week for a full refund. Otherwise he would leave a negative review. After putting this many miles on the used item, that we had sold as is, we did offer the customer a refund to help his troubles which he accepted, then left us a negative review. Sorry to hear you can not keep every customer happy or make every situation good for both parties. We do feel we did what we could to help, and you had already driven this item to Oregon and back to Reno and then back to California, then home to Oregon again.... Sorry again for the trouble of your oil pump.

If you give me the $500 you agreed to I will remove my bad review, you will make it up in sales, and you made it off selling me a van with a bad engine, just be fair. the brand new oil pressure sensor was proof that you guys knew it had an oil pressure problem, if you would have been strait up instead of having one of your guys tell me the oil pressure was suppose to ride low, I would not have bought it... contact me when you want to make it right. your guy told me how much you made on the van
