Excellent Customer Service I was in your store on Monday, June 6th, my phone battery was completely dead and I didn't have my phone charger with me. I explained my situation to Art. He immediately asked to see my phone and without any hesitance he plugged my phone in to charge it, he told me that I could go shopping if I wanted and to come back within 30 minutes and it would have at least a 50% charge on the battery. This has happened to me a couple of other times and when I've gone into other AT&T stores they refused to charge my battery. This young man is in the right field because he understands customer service and what it takes to build brand loyalty. I definitely see a management position in his future in this company or in any other future endeavor and I wish him luck in all that he does in life.
