Called to see if they do same day prints and was told yes as long as I come in by 2pm, I can receive it the same day. So I get there at 1:20pm and the young lady says well I cant do it same day because we close at 4, I explained I spoke to someone and they said drop off by 2pm and itll be done . Her response well i didnt say 30 minutes before 2 . Lol Maybe tell your customers to be there a day before instead ! Sad part is , I was going to see how well the shirt was going to come out and I wouldve used them for my work marketing materials.. Sucks for them to lose out on about $10,000 per quarter on custom prints !

I went to this store recently looking for personalized car stickers, they offered to do it with the guarantee of a good waterproof material and stating that they had already done this type of work before. I was charged an additional value on top of the print to adjust and enhance the image. The result was fine, but the printing and quality of the paper was terrible, all the ink ran as soon as it was removed from the paper, I can't imagine when the car would go through a wash, this person told me that they offered me a waterproof material not anti scratches, when you pass the nail all the ink came off. What a disappointment, the work was of poor quality, the attention of this Oriana girl went from being the most friendly to the most hostile. They tell you there is no money back, no reprint. I spend a week in this situation. I ran out of stickers because they didn't guarantee that it wouldn't happen again. They refunded the money for the printing, but not for the adjustment of the image, nor did they give it to me so I could do it elsewhere. They do not clarify this on their page, everything was by text message. There is no copyright policy because it is not an image that they created. So I would not recommend the services of this store due to lack of clarity and quality in its products, it was the worst experience in customizing a job.
