Anybody that gives this place a bad rating should not be allowed in public. Obviously the world only revolves around those few individuals. The store and employees are very helpful and knowledgeable. I'll continue going there and helping small business owners. They need it the most.

I came to buy an axolotl, super friendly staff and chill environment! I was shown how to feed him and they also had the food there so I could get some there already. They had a lot of choices and now I have a quite happy, healthy axie! I was not going to go to them initially since they were further away than another exotic pet shop but they had axolotls and the other did not, so it was a pleasant surprise to find this place!

Wonderful store, I love their fish selection. Although I didn't buy anything cause I was just looking, they had these beautiful white convicts that were absolutely stunning. They take very good care of their fish and all the Bettas looked active and healthy

I went there to purchase my daughter a parakeet and myself a bird I wasnt sure exactly what I wanted yet. First of all I was greeted on entry and the staff asked what I was looking for and made sure I was taken care of while I was deciding they were not pushy but made sure every now and again that I didnt have any questions. The only pushy person in the store was the Macaw who insisted that I speak with them. I dont impulse buy and I had checked all the local pet stores in the area the day before and paradise does have the best prices out of anybody else in the Humble area for supplies. As far as birds they had a decent selection their prices were on average as far as birds but they had babies which no one else had at the time . The staff was very knowledgeable and polite and since they are right up the street from me I look forward to doing buisness with them for many years to come.

Great work on Maltese style hair and nail trims. Store is clean and smells great too!
