This company is a joke. They have been telling me since Christmas that the iPad they destroyed has been shipped and on its way back to me. Apparently they deleted my Facebook post about the company. I wouldn't recommend anyone taking anything to this company. Suppose to be a few hour to repair a screen and 3 days later they finally confessed to burning up the iPad. Took it to a local guy where I live and he took pictures of the damage. Sent iPad back to them Nov. 2nd and haven't been givin a straight answer since. Told me before Christmas it would ship the next day. Almost 2 weeks ago now I was told it for sure has been shipped, 2 WEEKS AGO!!!! Still no iPad. - Update when I finally got the iPad back it was a refurbished one, they told us they would send us a brand new one. The ipad they sent didnt last long as the screen on it was loose.

So very disappointed with this business! I let these guys talk me into trading my computer in a year or so ago and what they gave me has been garbage since I got it home. Now every time I come to the beach I have to bring it back to them to be repaired. (Yes, they charge me for it every time too) Their hours are wrong on Google so they also burn up a morning of my vacation just to get it in to them. I could go on but....Just save yourself some trouble and aggravation and buy/get your service elsewhere! Buyer beware!!

Fixing my computer was 1/2 the price & way less frustration than getting a new one! The folks were helpful, knowledgeable & ready for any problem. They diagnosed & fixed my computer's problems, helped me prevent more problems & did it all quicky (fixed & returned in 24 hrs) & courteously. Will be counting on them from now on!

If you aren't going for an op rig, they are a good solution. The second you go for something decent, you better know exactly what you're talking about. I made the mistake of making a purchase and NOT having done my research. Now I have a 400 dollar rig that cost me 1200. Thanks for that. Update: Now my main drive fills up on it's own and will barely even run. This type of business practice can't be legal.
