Possible SCAM, Buyer BEWARE. I ordered a Big Berkey filter on April 18. The product shipped on April 26 and I was very excited as I've heard good things. I received a notice from FedEx that the product was improperly packaged by the sender. I called USA Berkey Filters on three separate occasions. The first time, they told me there is nothing they can do as it was with FedEx, which is pretty rich, but they said they would "see what they can do." The second time, they said they would fix the problem and I should expect an update from FedEx, which I never did. The final time, when I attempted to cancel, they told me that I would be receiving the product Monday, 17 May. I have not. I contacted them during normal business hours and I received voicemail. They've lied and I took it because of all the positive reviews I've seen. Now, I feel duped and disappointed. Don't let this happen to you.

Ordered Royal Berkey and spigot, received order promptly (reason for two stars instead of one). Great filter! However; my issue is with the Sales Dept as USA Berkey Filters. I found a discount code hours after ordering and emailed sales the same day asking if it could be applied to my order (as it hadn't shipped). They responded the same day (on a Sunday - Wow!!) that they would honor the code and I would receive a credit for the order. This was on 12/26/20. It is now 01/14/21 and no credit has been issued. I've emailed Sales several times now and have received no response. I would have cancelled the order and resubmitted with the code had I known I would be ghosted. I'm a person who speaks with my wallet and word of mouth. I will definitely no longer purchase from this vendor and I've already started telling family and friends to do the same as they like the filter.

I have been using Berkey filters for years now, after trying all the different filters on the market. By far, they are the best value for the quality and money. Really scammy. They messed up my order and wont refund me or send a replacement. Are avoiding my emails and told me theyd send a new part on the phone then emailed me saying they wouldnt. Better to order straight from the actual company. Update Regarding their response: I have both called and emailed them and both interactions were scammy and they did not resolve the issue. They have not responded to the last email I sent. Cute try though
