Dear Willow, I'm so sorry this happened. As I explained before, Audrey, who bred the pups, was in very poor health and has since passed. She was in and out of the hospital quite a bit towards the last year of her life. I see now that things slipped through the cracks. I can assure you this was an unnatural occurrence. After your first online review, I explained about Audrey's passing and offered a full refund for the pup. You apologized for putting out a bad review first and not allowing me to rectify the situation. You offered to take down the review, and you suggested a $600 refund (for the puppy being a mixed breed) because you wanted to keep her. I urged you to return the puppy many times, but you insisted on keeping her. My designer puppies generally cost around $400-$600 less than purebreds. With that being the case, I refunded the higher amount of $600 to be as fair as possible. I stand behind the health and breeding of my puppies quite earnestly. I was sold a toy poodle puppy which turned out to be mutt. 63% Poodle, 30% Maltese, and 7% of Bichon Frise/Miniature Schnauzer. I was refunded $600 from the $2,600 I paid for her. I appreciate Rebeccas willingness to refund some of her costs (so I gave stars for that), but this mistake never should have happened when paying thousands of dollars for a well bred dog. If you get a puppy from Prettiest Puppies, MAKE SURE you either meet the parents or get multiple photos of both parents including some with the mother when she was together with your puppy.

Rebecca was amazing and had everything set aside for us when we came to pick up our new puppy Kali. She goes through everything with you on how to care for your puppy all the way up to the first health visit. She covers everything from food to any possible health issue that might arise before the first health visit and is extremely professional.
Destiny, I'm sorry you felt I didn't answer your questions thoroughly enough. I feel like I answered all your questions, and even showed pictures of the parents. I appreciate your compliment on how well cared for my puppies are. I show the pups without any expectations. In your texts, you'd asked about one particular puppy, and wanted to know what forms of payment I accepted. I was then surprised when you decided not to get the puppy you requested to see, because you seemed so happy with her, and seemed ready to adopt. However, I understand that getting a puppy is a joint decision for families, and maybe the vote for getting one wasn't unanimous. My apologies if my confusion and surprise came across as rude.

The communication through text was good. But at arrival I asked quite a few questions about the parents of the puppies etc and she did not have a answer or a confident answer. When I decided not to get a puppy at that exact moment she was taken back, very snappy, and rude and even asked why did I come as if I told her I would buy a puppy prior to the visit. I only requested a appointment for viewing. I wouldve kept in contact for future litters but due to the very bad attitude and lack of knowledge I will not. Response Maam I just met you, and I would have liked to keep in contact with you being that I am not impulsive. I asked about forms of payment since it isnt listed on your site. I asked about the puppies parents since it isnt listed on your site. There is quite a bit of information that isnt listed on your site that wouldve been helpful in the purchasing of a pup. But I did my own research, requested a viewing with you, and would have gotten any of your puppies if showed understanding after I said I wouldnt get a pup at the moment. So I hope your apology is sincere and not just for public view.
