Hello Pamela! This is the owner and piercer whom worked with you today. After the client coming in after you told me about your comments you made to her as you left, I was sure that we would be getting this review from you. I'm sorry that you missed both of the 2 bold red lettered signs on our upstairs door (which was closed so that customer's would be able to read it) and front desk register that both say NO EARLY ENTRY and to wait outside until your appointment time (as there may be other appointments & tasks). You arrived 20 minutes early to your appointment after I had just finished with a child's appointment and was not yet ready for the next person. Not only do we get 10 minutes between appointments, but we do have to clean as any medical facility would also need to do. We are appointment only for that reason. If we would have been able to take you earlier, we would have contacted you or scheduled your appointment for an earlier time. I DID ask you to come back at the time of your appointment, and asked that you wait outside. You asked how I would know you were here, and I stated that I would be ready for you at your appointment time so you only needed to come back at your appointment time. You were booked for 3:30pm so we knew to be ready by that time. I would not have responded with stating I'd 'come to get you' since it would remove me from the studio to do so. It is clearly posted that we are appointment only and to come in at your appointment time. The next customer told me that they responded to your comments that they not only saw the sign on the door to know to wait until their appointment, but that they had also read it on our website and were uncomfortable with your manner. We have made every effort to have things posted on our doors. Myself and my staff will not tolerate rudeness or rule breakers regardless of being a business and regardless of your own profession. I'm happy to stand up for the proper treatment of staff as human beings, and hope you find another studio in the future.

I had an appointment to get my dermal removed and there was NO sign on the door stating to wait in your car until your appointment time. I went in because the doors were unlocked. The owner came out and yelled at me and told me to wait outside till my appt time and she would come get me. I waited and waited and she never came out. Its now 20 mins past my appointment time i call and she tells me she said to come in at my appt time. I went in and she was so rude and ignorant and told me that her sign says to wait outside till your appointment time. And no where on the sign does it say that but she argued with me that it did. For owning a business she does not have people skills and I will never go back!! They make you pay when you book your appointment and if it wasnt for me already paying I would have left and never would have stayed and waited!

Very professional, lots of knowledge and very clean. I was told about this place from a local tattoo artist (York, PA). I was not disappointed. For all your piercing and jewelry needs, this is the place i recommend.

Wonderful Experience for my daughter to have her ears pierced for the second time. Her first ear piercing was done when she was 8 yrs old and her piercings eventually closed. Now at 16, she wanted her ears pierced again. I am so thankful for Shelly. Her professionalism, her thoroughness on cleanliness, and the most important aspect, patience with my anxious teenager was superb!! I am so glad we found you on our search!! Hello Micah! It is unfortunate that we were not able to assist you with jewelry and are glad to hear of the initial referral from a different business. With the changes throughout the last year, we've had to adapt as best as we could which may not be the same as another store. Our google listing has our Covid requirements below our details listed as appointment required for those finding us online, with the website link below. We've made sure throughout the last hectic year that our voicemail message, outer door and inner door signage (in case one door is open), as well as our website pages reflect that we are appointment only even for purchases, mask use, and not arriving early, etc., which has been in affect and available since our reopening June 2020. Scheduled customers are able to enter the studio while we continue to follow social distancing and cleaning efforts, while we've allowed the doors to remain unlocked for deliveries.

Was referred here by another shop saying they have a great selection of jewelry. We got there and were very rudely told they are appointment only, even for purchases. I dont care that this is their policy, but the way we were kicked out was quite rude. She basically said if we could read we would know we had to call and schedule. Just checked google again... nothing there.....
