New to FL? Warning do not rent from Invitation Homes. They are the worst of the very worst. it does not matter how decent of a person/ tenant you might be. They do not take accountability or responsibility for anything and are not responsive. It's really tough finding anything out there right now so it's easy and convenient to choose Invitation Homes but trust me it is a burden.

Thank you Charles Brown for fixing the garbage disposal. I appreciate the time you took to educate me on how to keep it from happening again and what to do if it does. Also, that ice maker has aggravated me over the intermittent crushed ice issue. I now know why and can easily remedy the problem. Thank you. Also, thank you for knocking loud enough to wake me up. I am extremely disappointed with Invitation Homes. And I'm not one to leave bad reviews but I'm upset. I've been in my home for 9 years and loved it, never had an issue the first couple of years. I am tired of the attitude and sarcasm of the office staff. I can't even get a call back from the maintenance guy. They keep telling me someone is going to call me back and I'm still waiting. I've been waiting for a month now for them to fix my fridge and stove. Now, but God forbid you are one day late or better yet one hour past the deadline for your rent and they are quick to charge you a late fee and they'll call you to ask how are you going to be paying the late fee but they take their sweet time when you need them. Do your research when looking for a place. They keep going up every year and adding fees to your rent!
