I've coordinated 3 large bulk purchases for my company with Arlys at AZ Embroidered Apparel, and each one seems to be easier and more enjoyable than the last. She was a pleasure to work with right from the beginning, and they always provide outstanding customer service in a timely fashion for less than I've found elsewhere. In most businesses, it seems like you have to sacrifice quality for quantity or pricing and timeliness for both, but they deliver it all in a very personable way. They really put their heart into every order and it shows. They delivered ahead of schedule and right to my factory the week before Christmas, so my fellow associates could check some last minute shopping off the list. There are lots of embroidery companies out there, but none that I've found that rival AZ Embroidery Apparel.

This was our first order with AZ Embroidery Apparel and definitely will not be our last! Arlys was always quick to respond to my questions, and went above and beyond when she came out to show us samples and delivered our product, even being a rather far drive. Our logo had some difficulties with the details but they were able to work with us on getting it perfect and exactly how we wanted it. We are already planning our next order for some really nice jackets. Arlys was sneaky and made one for me, now our whole group wants one too. Overall Arlys with AZ Embroidery Apparel has great products, awesome attention to detail, the best quality, and the best customer service.
