Looked great to start with but there is a reason why these guys are cheap / leave a mess everywhere, poor customer service, unfinished drive & no refund given for such poor workmanship.

Unreliable and unprofessional. Terrafirma were supposed to lay a new patio for us, and after finally turning up 2 days late they looked at the slabs and decided they didn't want to lay them. They promptly vanished offsite and didn't tell anyone, when our contractor rang them to ask where they were they said they were not coming back. Apparently our slabs were too difficult or time consuming to lay.

The finished job looks quite good but is not in accordance with their specification or code of practice. When I pointed out the deficiencies they argued with me. Did a little remedial work but not all.
