It took 2 weeks of me requesting to be assigned to an agent before I was assigned one. One I was, he was not responsive and/or took up to 1 week to respond to an email. Ultimately he did not help me a referred me to two resources, both of which were not responsive or might not even exist. I was really hoping to receive help, all I received is added frustration.

Based on my experience I think the projects offered are grossly underfunded and appear to be a waste of time for those of us who are looking for sole source R&D contracts....
