Would NOT recommend. The owner Franco is very unorganized & caused such a headache for our wedding. Out of 10 groomsmen, they gave nearly half of our tuxedos the day BEFORE the wedding with no adjustments to be made. I was promised my tuxedo for example over a week in advance to be able to make adjustments only to get it a few days before the wedding instead. Franco himself even told me to come pick up my pants. When I showed up, I had wasted my time and gas since my pants werent there and actually he just ordered them that morning. Our entire group had a horrible experience and it almost ruined the wedding.. stay away.
UPDATE: Kathryn, anytime we have a customer who is upset, it weighs on us. I knew the photographer would eventually send the photos so I was waiting to receive them before I made any decisions on what to do. I just received them. There is one picture of you and the bride that made this make sense. I showed this photo to a number of people unfamiliar with the situation to see if they saw what I did and it was unanimous. The bride has her hand on your belly and you are clearly pregnant. The swapped dress that you say was '8 sizes too big' is actually pulling tight. You are right, when your dress came in and did not fit, we offered to exchange it for the sample dress that did. At that time, bridesmaid shipments were so backed up there was no way to get a new one in time, and it was less expensive having yours let out. The girls told me they did show you the word sample so I am sorry if there was miscommunication about that. I also reached out to the photographer whom you mentioned had to photoshop that word from the bottom of the dress, but she did not respond. We reimbursed you for the extra length you paid for. I am sorry you are unhappy, we addressed this issue quickly as possible. Thank you again.

They sold me a dress that was the wrong size, offered me the floor sample as they said there was no way to get a new size in time for the wedding, they failed to mention the dress had sample embroidered on the front. I called multiple times after I wore it for the wedding and they just never called me back. Horrible costumer service. In regard to your response, please stop implying that my weight changed and that is why the dress did not fit. I was ordered the wrong size by the store. The size I was being ordered was never even shared with me, unless you have a signature with the size you planned to order me on file you can send me? I wore a dress that was 8 sizes larger than what was ordered. Two other bridesmaids had significant sizing issues, one of whom you exchanged her dress for, replacing it with mine. In regard to the word "sample", no, I was not told by anyone that it said that. If I was, I would have made an effort to have it removed. I noticed it said "sample" when I took it to the dry cleaners to have it cleaned. There were two other people from the bridal party with me that can vouch that information was NEVER shared. Lastly, I have called your shop twice to discuss this matter and never received a call back. Interesting that this is the first I am hearing from you, when it is in response a public post.

I would highly recommend checking out Darianna bridal! I was a little worried going in because I was working on a tight budget, but Tori helped me find a beautiful dress that I said yes to, and it was under budget! They have a great selection of dresses, and also Tori was incredibly kind, thoughtful, and enthusiastic. Another really amazing thing for shopping the sample sale is that they have someone who has expertise in alterations who gave honest feedback on the feasibility of the alterations. Definitely go check them out for any of your wedding dress needs!!
Great experience with Darianna Bridal & Tixedo. The owner does so much for the schools in the community and goes above and beyond!! He helped us on a last minute issue and we are so thankful for his help! I would refer them to anyone!
Hello Dennis. This morning, I emailed you asking your permission to call you to discuss your feedback. You denied my request. This is the first time anyone has stated what you said in a review and we would have liked to investigate further. Since you were an out-of-town wedding guest, you submitted your measurements on our website on February 24, 2022. We sent you an electronic invoice for the rental on that same day; the invoice can be paid online. On March 14, 2022, you called our store and asked if we could do better on price for the rental; you had not paid the invoice yet. We explained that we already went over the pricing with the bride and groom, that we have over 70 different styles of tuxedos and suits for rent with 7 different price points. Our prices include everything a groom and groomsmen will need. The bride and groom chose what you were going to wear and that drove the price of your rental. We met with them twice; no one indicated that they were not in agreement with the price. We have a printed price list in the store showing all prices; there are no hidden costs or fees. We also explained that our pricing is very competitive with other stores in the Philadelphia region. The bride and groom chose an Allure Men tuxedo for the groomsmen and fathers and an Ike Behar for himself. All wonderful tuxedos and suits, however they are both top designers and priced accordingly. You called back a day or so later and stated that you found other places with lower pricing, although you did not know exactly what you were wearing for the wedding so it is unclear how you were able to make that determination. At Darianna Bridal & Tuxedo, when a wedding party has 5 adult renters or more, the grooms tuxedo or suit rental is completely free. On March 23, 2022, after the original invoices were issued, the groom informed us that he would like to divide his free tuxedo among all of the groomsmen. We immediately canceled your original invoice (that you had not yet paid) and issued a new one to you reflecting the pro-rated free tuxedo that your brother was kind enough to share with the groomsmen. Clearly if someone contributes money to your rental the cost will go down; it is not swindling. Each of you paid $180 plus tax for a full tuxedo rental including jacket, pants, vest, shirt, tie, pocket square, shoes, cufflinks and damage waiver. One of the out-of-town groomsmen already paid his invoice on February 24th before the groom decided to share his free tuxedo and we refunded him his share of the free tuxedo. We try very hard to accommodate everyones needs. We feel that $180 plus tax for an Allure Men tuxedo is an outstanding value. Our costs have gone up in 2022 however, because this was a carry-over COVID wedding, we respected and only charged the lower 2021 pricing to the bridal party. We wish you the best in the future.

I was in a wedding and was told we'd be renting the tuxes from this place. I received the invoice and the rental was very high. I called to try and negotiate a lower price and was told by the owner, Franco, "my prices are better than the big box stores." I didn't know competitive prices so I took him at his word. After the call, I started price comparing and checked several "big box" places and all of their prices were 50-100 less. I called back a few weeks later to ask more details about his competitors and was met with a very defensive and condescending tone. Franco kept speaking over me, interrupting me, and kept giving me vague answers that his prices are better. He couldn't tell me anything more. I told him I'd gladly rent from him if they are, in fact, lower. He became very irate and told me to rent elsewhere. I reminded him he was speaking very rudely and that's not how to speak to a customer to try and earn their business. He then bragged about how much his business is worth and told me he doesn't need my business! I never told him I was renting elsewhere but when I got off the phone, 15 minutes later my invoice was canceled. After this happened, he called the groom immediately and told him. The groom then spoke with me to find out what happened. After the groom spoke with someone at the store (unsure if it was Franco), it turns out we were all given the wrong price. Now, was this done on purpose? Perhaps. They probably weren't anticipating someone calling them out on their absurdly high prices and assumed we'd all just pay the price on the invoice. The price quoted to the groom was about $75 less than the invoice I initially received. Given how I was spoken to and learning of all this, it seems this business is extremely dishonest and tried swindling a few extra dollars out of all of us. If this wasn't the case, it all could've been resolved a lot sooner if Franco would have taken the time to listen to a customer and looked further into the matter instead of being argumentative and dismissive. I wouldn't patronize his business if the tux was free and that's his loss because I am getting married in 4 months and 9 people are going to need rentals.
