I can not recommend this company. We have placed three orders with them. The first and original order was great, the embroidery was excellent, the hoodie was of good quality, and it arrived on time. Since then, I have placed two reorders. First reorder - I went to the site and just simply hit the reorder button. Got the proof four days later and it was for a screen print. I chatted with customer service and they blamed me for expecting a reorder to be a simple request and pushed back my delivery date because the proof was wrong, which was their mistake, not mine. I will give them credit and say that they did attempt to correct the issue by shipping it I believe that day or the next. So, okay, Ill give them another shot. They told me to contact them directly next time to avoid confusion. Second reorder - I sent an email requesting a reorder as instructed, didnt hear back from them, so I chatted with them again. I didnt indicate a delivery date in my email but stated in my chat that we needed them quickly so she offered critical priority shipping. I said That works and she said I should see it by 8/4. She sent the invoice, I sent the payment before their days switch over and expected all to be fine. I received my proof, it was good, still thinking everything is fine and on track. August 5th rolls around, no hoodies, so I email and ask when they are shipping. She responds with the original invoice that says theres a due date of 8/11 so they wont ship until 8/9. We paid for critical priority shipping and the timeline they have us on indicates that she put this order in as a standard order with free shipping which is again their fault. I should not be expected as a customer to catch their mistakes. I responded to the latest email that I asked for critical priority shipping and sent the chat transcripts as well. I have not heard back. I have never had such a frustrating experience with any of the companies Ive ordered from before and genuinely do not understand how something as simple as a reorder could be so complicated, especially when I did exactly as I was told to do the second time around. We have taken our business back to the company we used prior and will not be returning to Big City Sportswear. UPDATE - We were contacted by Heather and she was very apologetic and assisted us in getting our order almost immediately which was much appreciated.

Our first order was good. We got so excited we finally found a good shirt company to use. Second order was late, and when it arrived the image was so unentered. Used chat to inform them of this to get it fixed he said to email them. Emailed them four days ago with NO response. Absolutely ridiculous. taking our business elsewhere.

Best customer service and managerial experience to date. Any issues Ive had was dealt with and turn around rate is very fast and dependable. If any issues do arise their customer service department will track down and walk you through step by step. Need help on fabric selection , they have someone . Need help with designing or more in-depth placement of designs they have someone to help you through the entire process. I recommend BCS.
Matthew sorry to hear that you had an issue with the sizing of your T-shirts. As mentioned we dont manufacture the garments we only apply our customers designs to them. We have never had an issue with this style garment running small otherwise we would note that online. Update....attached are pics ....one when shirt was bought....and one literally less than 2 months later with most of the shoe print ALREADY worn off .....terrible print quality!!! I was excited to order some custom shirts for a friend's business .....we were selling shirts to raise money for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. Unfortunately, there were several issues with the shirts and now I have several women upset as the ladies Gildan softstyle shirts run super small, not just a bit small,but obnoxiously small ......ordered 20 of these and not a single one of the women who bought them were pleased. Customer service was unable to compensate or replace, basically passing the blame to the shirt manufacturer. Well, if these shirts run so small, maybe disclose that on your website. Many other issues with the shirts as well. I've had my shirt less than 2 months and the screen-printing is already starting to wear and peel. Others have complained of this as well and print was not centered on several shirts too. All in all not a pleasant buying experience. Contacted customer service a week ago to discuss my issues and he said he'd follow up. Never called back, so contacted again today. I suppose, I should have known better and just placed the order at a local t-shirt shop that stands behind the products they sell!!!!
